THE VILLA
When the opportunity arose to own a private beach residence, Zoher Al Yacob Enterprises Co. moved swiftly to Design & Build. A unique property with private beach front and all-rooms-facing the sea, the Villa proved to be a challenge for Zoher Al Yacob Enterprises Co. to turn our creative inspiration into a reality. The design concept harmoniously fuses an external Mediterranean texture with a South East Asian interior. Stones were imported from Indonesian Islands, Sculptures flown in from Borneo and Paintings came from Central Java. The internal décor is a mix of Thai, Javanese and Balinese styles, creating an utterly distinctive and completely exceptional aesthetic.
